Ultrafiltration membrane is mostly made of acetate fiber or polymer material with similar performance. A pressure gauge is installed at the inlet and outlet of the ultrafiltration device, which can detect the operating differential pressure of each ultrafiltration device in real time and effectively supervise, diagnose and determine the system defects. The ultrafiltration device is equipped with a local control instrument panel for local startup and shutdown. ◆ The ultrafiltration membrane module is vertically installed on the support, and the combined support is equipped with all pipes and joints, as well as all supports, fasteners, clamps and other accessories. UPVC pipes are used for piping to meet the corrosion protection requirements for enhanced backwashing and cleaning of ultrafiltration devices. ◆ The product water pipe of each membrane shell of the ultrafiltration device is provided with sampling points and arranged in a centralized manner. The number and location of sampling points can effectively diagnose and determine the operating conditions of the system. ◆ The performance, configuration points and quantity of instruments and meters equipped with the ultrafiltration system can meet the requirements of safe, stable and reliable operation of the system. ◆ The ultrafiltration device is equipped with a program start stop device, which can delay automatic backwashing or chemically strengthen backwashing after shutdown. ◆ The ultrafiltration device adopts program control and automatic monitoring, and its monitoring function is completed by the program control system of the boiler make-up water treatment system. The operation, backwashing and other steps of the ultrafiltration device are controlled sequentially by PLC.
